In association with Jurgens Bekker Attorneys, we will give you access to our extensive database of Buyers and Sellers, combined with expert legal advice to make the transaction as smooth as possible. Auctions are conducted on our responsive and state-of-the-art online auction platform, as well as live on-site, where and when possible.
We can host live, timed, or timed & live auctions, both on-site and off-site, with or without the property's contents and moveable assets.

Our unique marketing and auction model gives both the Buyers and Sellers the edge over our competitors and traditional real estate agents.

For keen Sellers, auctions are a quick way to turn assets into money, and are a low-risk way to expose your property to literally thousands of potential Buyers, without any money required upfront for marketing, advertising and estate agent's fees, and with minimal delay in finalizing a sale.
There is NO Seller's Commission or any other fees  payable by the Seller.

For keen Buyers, auctions are a great way to acquire quality and investment real estate at competitive and market-driven prices, and conclude a deal in the shortest time possible.
Buyer's Commission is set at 10%+VAT (i.e. 11.5% effectively) of the final hammer price. To register, Bidders are required to deposit a refundable fee of R25,000, together with FICA documents, as per current CPA regulations.
